Is it worth it with a single vehicle?
Yes. Even with one route a day, the stop order changes the distance driven and the time spent on the road. The Standard plan is designed for exactly this case.
Isn't Google Maps enough?
Google Maps computes a path, not the optimal order of your stops. It caps the number of stops and ignores your delivery time windows and your vehicle capacity. OCTAVE-ENGINE is a Google Maps alternative built for planning deliveries.
Can I import my Excel file?
Yes. Import an Excel (XLSX, XLS) or CSV file with your addresses, or type them in by hand. A file template can be downloaded from this page.
Does my driver need a smartphone?
No. The route can be sent by email and printed. With the driver app, available as an add-on from the Standard plan, the itinerary also shows up on their phone.
How long does it take to get started?
A few minutes: import your file or type in your addresses, then run the optimization.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
You choose whether to continue with the Standard plan, at €49 incl. VAT per month, or to stop. No credit card is required for the trial, so nothing is charged automatically.
Where is my data hosted?
In France, on sovereign infrastructure. Your data is not transferred outside the EU and is processed in compliance with the GDPR.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. The Standard plan has no commitment: you can stop at any time.
